FAQs

Does Pipa Local keep working after I close my laptop?

No. Your computer must stay on and connected while Pipa Local runs. Missed routine runs are skipped. Managed runs on a computer we host.

What does each option cost?

Pipa Local software is free and open source. You pay for model usage and run the computer. We discuss Managed pricing after learning what you need. Claude Tag is a paid Team or Enterprise add-on billed by Anthropic, with organization spend limits. Check its current price.

What can Pipa access when I ask it to work from Slack?

Only messages from Slack users and channels you allow reach OpenCode. With Local, the folder you choose is where work starts, not a limit on access. OpenCode can use any files and tools its permissions allow, so keep those permissions as narrow as the work needs. Choose from OpenCode's models, including free open-weight options; add memory with a tool such as Supermemory. With Managed, we set up and run the agent for your company.
