Install Pipa Local
Connect OpenCode to Slack and run your company's agent from your own computer. Free and open source.
npm install --global @usepipa/pipaRequires Node.js 22 or newer, OpenCode v1 installed and authenticated, and a Slack workspace where you can create an app.

Set up your Slack connection

Choose the working folder
Open the folder where Pipa should work, then initialize the setup.
pipa init02
Follow the setup prompts
Pipa confirms the folder, opens Slack with an app configuration, validates OpenCode and your Slack credentials, then saves the configuration on your computer.

Start Pipa
Keep Pipa running, invite it to a trusted Slack channel, and mention it to start a thread.
pipa start
