Why Pipa exists
If you run a business built around your craft, too much of your time goes to work around the work: admin, follow-ups, updates, research, and setup.
I started using AI agents inside my creative business because I wanted help with that work, not another app to manage.
After trying almost every agent I could find, I kept coming back to the same problem: closed products made me adapt my company to their system, while open-source agents gave me a blank setup to assemble myself.
I wanted something capable, free, and open source that I could run on my own computer and shape around Lunch Pail Labs. So I built Pipa on OpenCode and connected it to Slack.
Now I use Pipa to run workflows across Lunch Pail Labs every day. It has helped me regain time, focus, and fun. I am sharing it because I think it might do the same for you.
